These are the conditions of our work. If they don't sound right for your brief, we are not the right studio for you, and that is fine.

A small Kentish studio working at the seam where brand becomes performance.

Digital Bench Media was founded in 2019 above a barbershop in Tonbridge by two former agency heads who had grown tired of selling decks. The premise was simple: brand and media are one conversation, and they ought to be run by the same small team that can hold both in mind.

We have stayed small on purpose. Four full-time, a network of freelancers we trust, a roster of three to four active engagements at any time. Most of our work arrives by recommendation. We are happy with that arrangement and intend to keep it.

Our clients tend to be founder-led businesses past their first ten million in revenue who need a strategic brain in the room but are not yet the size to justify a full in-house team. We are, in effect, the marketing department they will eventually build — for the two or three years before they build it.

Sensible briefs, read closely.

We read everything that comes through. If the fit is right, you'll hear from us within two working days. If it isn't, we will tell you, and frequently we'll send you in the direction of a studio we trust.
